Fridge delivered with dents

I bought a Hisense fridge at Game Canal Walk on Monday the 27th of January 2025 and Thursday it was delivered and when I unboxed it I found it had dents on it. I reported it Friday the 31st Jan 2025 was told I would be called back to date l still have not had any direction from game regarding this matter, it is frustrating for me as I bought this cash and was expecting a fridge that is of quality from Game stores not one with dents.
