Fridge complaint

on the 4th October I went to Game store Nonesi mall to complain about a Hisense fridge U bought there on 6 July 2018, the fridge has a problem of over freezing. I was told that I will be contacted within 7 days, the 7 days passed without hearing anything, I went there last week to enquire, I was told that they will call me the next day as they can't get hold of Hisense since it's already late, I waited the whole week no one called, I went back Saturday and Luyanda called the people from Hisense they said they never received my documents, and I was told to expect a call monday, which was yesterday, till now i haven't received anything. I'm tired of wasting my time, energy and petrol only to be told to wait for a call. No one even keeps me posted on the progress
