Fridge

I bought a fridge at Game store on the 26 November 2023 and was suppose to be delivered on the 27 November 2023 but still today haven't got anything i have been going there the week still haven't got anything and they are giving me a run around for my fridge,apparently they made a wrong order because the courier called to deliver a washing machine which I didn't buy and when I ask about the fridge they have no idea. What's worce is that on Saturday I took my time off work and went to the store at 9am in the morning and left at 15:00 without any answers of when am I getting my fridge.The manager said he will call and update but still on this day I haven't got anything.
