Free gift with Zoom vacuum cleaner

On 10 December 2015 my wife bought. Zoom vacuum cleaner from Game at. Green acres. It was supposed to come with a free gift of knives. They did not have any knives on that day, but promised to get her the knives and contact her once they arrived. Every few days she would go into Game to see if the knives had come. Finally, on 11 January 2016, I went in with her. Lindell said they could not get the knives. Instead, she offered us a pop-up lantern and a manicure set. She said she would phone me on *** either that evening or the next day. It is now 27 January and there has still been no phone call. Seven weeks have now passed since the purchase. We would be very grateful if we could receive our free gifts.
