********** Purchases on my GAME account
I LODGED A CASE OF ***** ********** PURCHASES ON MY ACCOUNT. I WAS TOLD IT ILL TAKE A PERIOD OF 21 WORKING DAYS!!!!! TODAY, I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!! BUT THEY STILL SEND ME COMMUNICATION THAT I NEED TO PAY MY ACCOUNT. PAY AGAINST WHAT????. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTED IN MY LIFE. I HAVE TO CALL THEM ALL THE TIME AND THEY PROMISE TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND SEND COMMUNICATION BUT THEY NEVER DO
