********** purchase

Good day

I need to report a ********** purchase made on my GAME store card. I received a statement of account today (12 January 2023), it indicates that there was a purchase made on my account on the 10th January 2023 at MAKRO PLC for an amount of R7 788. Firstly I need to understand how this was made in my absence, secondly I need GAME/MAKRO to provide me with the video footage of the person making the purchase and I need to know what steps will they take regarding this matter because I will not pay for that, thirdly I need to know what internal controls do they have in place regarding such situations and how they got by-passed.
