********** debit order

<p>Somehoe Game were able to load a debit order on my bank accoutn without my permission or klnowledge and even more distturbingly without me providing them with my bank details either. So far I have had no response from Game as to how this happened and who was responsible.</p> <p>First National Bank have been just as bad, laying all the blame on Game and stating that they requested the debit order and that the bank acted in good faith. Apparently we as the bank account holders do no thave to be contacted to confirm that a debit order can be loaded to our account.</p> <p> </p> <p>So any credit provider can load a debit order on your account, as the bank will accpet it without asking for any docuemntation nor proof of approval.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would really like someone to let me know how this happened please as it is a major issue and invasion of privacy from my side.</p>
