I opened a game account on Friday the 2/11/2018. I was approved for the incorrect option which I took anyway, I asked for R3000 but they approved me for R20000. I made my first perches on the same Friday 2/11/2018 for R2999 and received an SMS as proof. On the 5/11/2018 I received another SMS thanking me for perching for the amount of R9981.01 which I did not make as I was at work and my game account card was in my wallet! When I got to the store they could not tell me where it was used or what it was used for!!! No body has an answer. I reported it to the police station and filled out my statement, this is the worst experience ever they assure you how good they are but actually it's **** and they are all **********, if I needed and ID or drivers license to make my perches how come this process was bypassed. They are is only one option is that this had to be sombody on the inside as they have my information, could me the guy that helped me apply or the girl that tried to get me to take out my account as both have my personal details!!!
