********** activities from cashiers

Game stores does not care about their customers. I bought staff at Game Kennilworth centre and when l got home l realised that my card was deducted R20 cash back that l didnt ask for and it was not given to me. I then spoke to Eugene the manager who obviously said l should accuse people and l left my receipt with him yesterday and up until now no phone call or update. It's a R20 but it's my mine. I am warning everyone to check your receipts before leaving stores because cashiers at Game will ***** from you and managers won't even do anything about it. I am very ****ed with this type of attitude. I even posted on facebook and twitter but no one seems to care
