I took a contract in May 2021 and 3 months later realized that I m not receiving airtime and called vodacom and they realized that the sim registered in my name was used in a samsung A11 while I tòok A12's and they advised me to go to the store I went to the shop and was told my contract was cancelled. I was told they will investigate and get back to me, 5 to 6 months later no one has contacted me. I m considering suing them because the lady who helped me cancelled the contract I signed for and **********ly opened a new contract using my personal information and confidential docs such as payslip, etc. Today I m still having problems with one of the sims
