I bought a laptop on the 26th November 2018 via online till today haven't received my order... I paid R5,049 for it... On the 30th received an email that my order was on the way, on the 07th December received an sms that I'm gonna get my order that day didn't receive it... I called game online on the 08th they said since the courier company is not working on Saturday I have to call again on Monday... On Monday I called again they said they will look into the matter... Called them every day they gave me the same answer everyday... On Wednesday talked to Claurine Loock she said she'll get back to me on that day she didn't, I called again on Thursday Claurine Loock said she still busy with the matter she'll get back to me during the day... It's Friday today she hasn't got back to me and I still haven't received my order
