On three separate occasions over three months, we were overcharged on grocery items and reported it on every occasion. This time we were over charged by over R20 on a single item. We reported it to the manager and he responds by saying we working on it. We decided to take the till slip and compare all the prices on the shelves and found more items that were marked at one price and charged more at the till. Again it was reported to the manager and responds by we working on it. We eventually got to a point where we asked for a refund and left the trolly with groceries as is, due to the fact that this process had kept us busy for over an hour. All this says to me is that the manager and staff deliberatly over charge customers then pocket the difference as it has happened 3 months in a row to us at the same store. The manager even has the audacity to have an attitude with us and tells us he wil only refund on the differences overcharged as its just mistakes and no ones fault. The meat in the store is also green grey of colour and deffinately not up to standard.
