***** complaint

My account was de*****ed on the 10th off June2022 and I went to the shop to lay a complaint, i filled all the necessary documents and also informed them that i have emy card with me. I was told that I will get feedback in 21 days. I wrote emails to Game Soshanguve and no onee responded. I physically qent to the shop and i was made to wait 35 munites before I could be helped. Eventually they phoned, after a long wait I was told thaat they ate busy andd will get back to me. To date nothing has bewn heard from the shop and they expect me to pay whereas they cannot protect my account. I just want this matter settled.
