***** AND THEFT CHARGE TO LAKESIDE MALL MANAGEMENT

I am giving this company 1 hour to resolve my issue I am on my way to lay a formal charge with the POLICE . On Wednesday last week I waited the the Cell Counter over an hour no assistance they all took lunch at the same time .

On Friday I went back was assisted in the very end I was told there was a problem my voucher of R 3000.00 did not print and I could not take my phone home as well. It will be resolved and my voucher and phone will be delivered to my door yesterday.

Today still nothing and I am now told the person that help me has resigned and they cannot remember all the customers.

In short I paid my my contract fee, I left with out my phone and voucher so legally they ****** me of my possessions.

I will take this to the highest level just to prove that you cannot treat you customers like thrash.

In one week they have failed me twice it does not get worse than this.
