I bought a Bennet steam pot from Game Then after 6 months, it was not working. I took it back after the coronavirus calmed down, then they said they not going to repair it unless I pay for it, That was in January 2021. Then yesterday on the 07-04-2021 they called me saying the steam pot is ready and I can come to collect it. They send me an invoice reference j*** item no ZKPC10247 ZLB250. I drove from Naboomspruit to Potgietersrus to collect waisting my petrol and time. My husband is a pensioner and I am not working. When we got home the pot was not working and the lead of the pot was not even in the box. I phoned Game and ask to speak to the Manager they refused to put me through. The person at the switchboard said he will phone back. After about 10 min. he phoned back and said the lady said she told me the pot is not working. So untrue. I Will not buy from Game anymore don't trust them at all. I got the statement as proof. The lady even sends it on Whatsup. Repairs cost R49.95 and labour R400.00
