I placed and an online order on the 12th which was supposed to be delivered within 7 days. On the 19th I received an email confirming my supposed delivery. To date I have not received my parcel, I have been calling their Call Centre since the 20th and spoke to Nosiphiwo, Penelope (twice), Stephanie and a team leader called Sven and no one has assisted me. Each time I have spent over 7mins on a cellphone, using my resources for a problem Game Stores had created. Why is my item marked as delivered when I have not signed for it? Is this *****? They keep contacting their courier Dawn Wings and promise to get back to me which has not happened.
