Fradulent purchase despite account being frozen and blocked

A few years back we had our account frozen, blocked and card blocked and frozen to prevent ANYBODY including the OWNER of the account from purchasing ANYTHING from Game on this account

The owner of this account is overseas for almost one year she will only return in 2025 despite all of this we had a purchase on this account and now owe Game R71.66 on this account

This is ***** from within we are not going to pay Game one single cent
