Forced to buy a second petrol generator
I recently bought a Stramm 750W petrol generator (By mistake) at Game in Burgersfort. My intention was to buy the Stramm +1kW petrol generator. The packaging for both the 750W and 1kW is exactly the same and the boxes were packed in the same shelf. By mistake I took the 750W generator and paid for it.

We got home to test the newly bought generator, but was not strong enough. At first I thought there was something wrong with the generator, only to find out it was a 750W.

The following day we went back to Game to exchange it for a stronger one, but stress levels rose when they told us to buy a NEW generator (1kW).

First of all I do NOT need the 750W which means a whopping R 1300 has gone down the drain. Game expects me to spend another R 1700 for a new generator, of which I cannot afford.

This could have been prevented if Game separated the 1kW from the 750W generators, or at least have a sales assistance nearby to ensure that customers buy the correct stuff.

Its either Game exchanges this generator or I kindly want my money back.
