Foolish Switch Board Operator!!

I am on duty, and since my gas heater of 5 yrs has broken down and I felt the cold the past week-I then decide to go and buy myself an Alva gas heater that I saw on promotion. I get to Festival mall and the inform me they have run out of stock. I take my self phone, phone directory services to get the no for East Rand Mall. I call and speak to Sibongile who assures me they have stock, I then tell her I will be there in 15 minutes time. I get there and I am told there is no stock and Sibongile did not check the supply before giving a response. This has made me angry, I wasted time and petrol for nothing because of this Sibongile lady. She needs to put herself in Customers shows and do her job right, otherwise she is not the right person to be at switchboard. she needs to be called to order!!!<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
