Food Poisoning

<p>I bought pack of biscuit at Game Bloed Mall on November 2015, and I was not aware that they have expired, after eating them days later I had a terrible stomach pains and cramps. I then went to consult my doctor who confirmed that I had food poisoning.</p> <p>I then went to Game Bloed Mall and laid a complain, I spoke to a lady (Jeniffer) and she promised to come back to me from Nov 2015 then on Jan 2016, she called me and told me that the matter is with their insurance, and this was on the 5th of January 2016. Till today I have never heard anything from them and wish to take the matter further as this had a big impact in risking my health.</p> <p>As a grocery store, this should not be a health hazard zone. We as customers are supposed to be sold healthy foods and not stuff that has already expired.</p> <p> </p> <p>Could you please handle this matter with urgency otherwise then the media must advise people about the health risk involved in buying Massmart products/ groceries.</p> <p> </p>
