Followed by Staff and Falsely Accused - No Apology/Anything Done After the Effect

Went to the Bayside Mall Game Store on the 12th October 2017(Thursday early evening) and had a horrid experience (with my girl fiend). As a black person, we do get used to being followed in stores, but this was excessive, we had this lady/staff member follow us throughout the entire store whilst we were grocery shopping, up till we paid. Then only to get stopped, searched, and accused of theft by the very racially charged security lady(Nosiphiwo Mahlathi/Makhathi). Who not only started searching us but openly and loudly accusing us of *****ing some hair merchandise. A story she says was told to her by the cleaning lady who was following us throughout the entire store.

So now we're being searched, the store personnel at the desk is standing right there and doping nothing!! So my girlfriend shows them the stuff they said we stole, and where she left the merchandise in the shop, she's escorted by one of the stuff members and it is confirmed that we in fact didn't ***** any of these. To which one of the staff members/maybe manager comes smiling and tells us to calm down.

I want Game as retailer and corporation to declare that this is how they treat their black customers, like animals, like common *********. That their staff members follow black customers around the shop because apparently "we can't help but *****".

We at least require an apology and a commitment to not racially profile black customers at these stores. I could have gone to prison for something I have not done!! Just because someone said I stole, They were prepared to persecute, despite the fact that I'm at that store at least three times a week!!

These stores treat us this horribly because they can .. I want something done
