Follow up review on Game
I am still awaiting for a refund/replacement from Game Pavillion. On my last review Game responded for the sake of responding, no one has gotten in contact with me. I am still the only one who keeps calling and getting different responses from their agents. This order was delivered on the 24th of May and returned in May as well. Now I am being told that the order was dropped off at Gateway store instead of Pavilion and they are unable, thus far, to access the order to create a refund/replacement. They were not aware of this until I called again today.
I absolutely would not recommend Game online to anyone.

19 Jun 2024, 10:30Two things, firstly, this email was sent after I spent nearly two hours on the phone, getting different answers from your agents until I spoke to Lee Jacobs, who then was able to resolve the matter 4 hours later.
Secondly, the link I was sent for the recordings says “incorrect url”
