Floor manager ill treats staff

I had a very unpleasant encounter today at one of your stores in JHB CBD , and I felt really sorry and uncomfortable on the employees behalf..

So I went to the store with an intention of buying myself a pressure cooker, and when I got there on the shelf the price was 899 Happy and excited I took it to the till point to make a payment.

The pressure cooker was a banner read brand , an agent by the name of Siya confirmed the price as 899 as per the display.

When I got to the till the price was higher than what was displayed and there was a difference of 500 at the till, the floor manager was then very rude in speaking to the employee where she told him Siya that he will pay the difference. I feel that was not fair as the error was not his fault in instances like this I have dealt with GAME before the manager will do an ovveride and not ask the staff who know nothing about the prices pay the difference. The floor manager lady's name is Doris Mthethwa. I left your shop without my pressure cooker because I felt very bad for the staff member who had to pay difference unless that is how you now work which if that is the case then its very undfair to staff , I know understand why when I go to that GAME store no one is ever willing to assist with anything at the floor, she clearly threatens them and they feel the need to distance themselves from customers
