Flawed Billing system and poor customer servuce at Game Galleria

On 1 December 2019, u purchased a TV at Game store, Galleria. I needed to pay for TV licence which was R345. I paid for the TV licence and purchased my TV. In july this year, i went to PnP to buy a TV, only to be told my tv licence is invalid. I contacted SABC, only to find out the payment to game did not reflect in my account. I then had to pay a further R850 to PnP. I went to game store galleria in August and haven't heard from them to date. This amounts to *****. Poor customer service and flawed billing system
