fixing and installation of your oven

My mom bought a double door oven this year in January and the top glass was broken and it took game two months to fix. After that we hired an electrician to install the oven and he only managed to get the bottom part burning and the upper part doesn't switch on and we called them and they said they will send their technician to check it and the technician never came.
