Fixed the fixer

I just want to comend the manner in which Simba and Romeo from Game N1 city assisted me on Saturday 21 May 2022.

I was very bereaved by the atrocious customer experience we as a family had to endure with the agent at Game N1 city Clinton... He took our enquiry but we had to follow with regards to it the entire time after 3 weeks and after my husband was in an accident I had enough of this.

I called and then couldn't get through at first, called again and left my number and not long after that Simba called me back and after many back and fort he understood what predicament and unfair after service we have recieved over the pass 3 weeks and how Clinton has dragged his feet.He manage to attend, listen and solve my family's problem within 5 hours.Game this is fantastic customer service we really need more of your calabre of clients oriented agents as yourself in our service industry.

Well done and Thank-you for the added service I wish you well in the future and I pray that God takes you to higher highs.
