first and last time online customer

Game online is HORRIBLE! there is little to no description of the product so you are not actually sure about the features. The COMMUNICATION is lacking. I ordered a few products as a first and last time game online customer. Then my delivery guy tells me he was hijacked with my order. A week later GAME HAS STILL NOT CONTACTED ME INFORMING ME ABOUT A DELAY IN MY DELIVERY. I contacted Game 4 times for an update, each time with great fail, then I requested a cancellation of my order because this wait is just ridiculous (I already have the same products ordered and delivered by a competitor within the same time I am just trying to understand if my order is cancelled or not already using the products NOT DELIVERED by game). I have not received an email or call from game since the day they confirmed my order has been sent to courier LOL! In todays day and age for a company offering online, this experience has been nothing but ridiculous! is my order cancelled as requested, if so, where is my email confirming that? Day 10 and counting....Please do better or just cancel any online offering to save your reputation
