Hi I had purchased a top loader in January the 1st 2019 and I have been having problems with it they came to check it out, they fix it and left a part of it in the washing machine defy and again it happen were it was giving me problems they came again and open the machine they don't tell me any thing and wen I went to the store they say they found a cochroachers in it and there was nothing of that sort there was no wires eatin or anythng of that sort the boud was faulty and because it cost to replace it they making excuses about the cochroachers and my washing machine is not even 2 years old and now it's not coming on at all so between the store games discount store in Durban umgeni road that's were I had purchased it they refusing to fix it, I'm ashamed to say their service stinks of how they handle this matter if you could please help me I live in 186 Baracuda Road newlands east Durban my cell number is *** if you would like more information about my washing machine thank you
