Finally, some good service from Game Cresta

This is a compliment on the wonderful and prompt service of Mpho Mokoena, employee number 151069. After being in the fitness section for a while, trying to find help (even asking another employee for assistance, to which he assured me he would be with me soon, DISSAPEARED!!)... I found Mpho, and he was friendly and very helpful. He went to get the treadmill I had asked for and assisted me to my car with it. Thank you for your wonderful service Mpho! I was losing patience with Game Cresta as I felt I was being ignored by a few sales members, and I had to go find someone to help me... Mpho restored my faith in Game, and its because of HIM that I will return to your store. I have been there TIME AND TIME again, only to have to ALWAYS be on the hunt for assistance. Your employees always seemed bothered by my questions and feel like a c**** to help me... Its the first time in a LONG time that I have received good service, thanks solely to Mpho Mokoena. Please pass on your gratitude to him, as its because of him that I will return to Game Cresta again.
