FEES FOR WHAT

So i had an account of R1 a few months ago , which went up to R10 last month R4,50 x two months for Insurance and other subscriptions. I went to the store and called customer care and told them to close my account. This month i get a statement of R62,54. R48 for FEES...like ***.........what ****ing FEES.I called them in the afternoon, and was put on hold for 10 min..***
