Feel like Ive been ****med by Game

Game online. Such a long story, I bought something online, they said delivery to be set in 7 working days, then with all the public holidays I waited 9 days, phoned them to find out that the goods was not even dispatched, then I cancelled the order, now its a nightmare to get a refund, their emails are not working, they claim that they send emails but it never reaches a person, the managers are not interested to assist. This has been going on since the 13 th of April, I feel like I was ****med.
