Feedback should be given on TV repair at least!!!

Good day game we purchased a 55inch last year TV decided to give problems, we took TV back the 23rd November was told 21 working days as TV must go to hisense for repair. I have followed up with the store today was told they must contact hisense for feedback & will call me back of course no-one called me back. I know hisense does not have good reviews with repair work & feedback, could someone at least update me if the TV can be repaired or not will it need parts? Etc because nothing is being said. What the problem is with the TV? Will I be sitting without a TV for Christmas???
