Faulty washing machine that was just delivered

Went to Game store the Glen and purchased a washing machine it was delivered this morning, just put in the first load as wanted to check if the machine works properly however it's leaking, I took it upon myself to call Game Store @the Glen mall I was made to hold for hours with no assistance the machine is leaking water from behind what must I do now
