Faulty washing machine

I bought a Samsung washing machine online, it came earlier than expected. What dampen my joy was to find out its not working. I logged a call 3 weeks ago, to date am yet to receive a call. I decided to logg a return item instead and all of a sudden received 3 emails updating my faulty item case as closed. Even the return query is closed but am still waiting for a call or acknowledgement from Game. I paid R5500 for an ornament instead of a washing machine and Game couldn't be bothered
