Faulty Samsung Tv - Not enough is being done to resolve the issue

I purchase a 48 Inch Full HD TV - Model UA48H6800AK for about R15 000.00 at Game Phalaborwa over 24 months ago. From the first week on purchasing the television, I had to call the local Game store electronic man to my house as the Tv would freeze and we would not be able to switch it off (On the remote or from the Tv switch button). He has a look and said "it has something to do with the USB port, He said I will need to keep changing from one port to another once the freezing starts". It seemed to work for a while, however over time it got worse. I ended up switch ON and OFF on the electricity wall switch) Again I reported this I was asked to take the TV to the branch (Game) and I was informed that the Samsung it will be sent to Samsung as it was within the warranty for them to have a look at the problem. The TV was sent the to their Johannesburg warehouse, it took two weeks for me to be told, I needed to send the remote, since this is done via Game Phalaborwa another week passed and I was told they courier company did not come; we got to week 4 and still the TV was at the warehouse not being fixed and the remote was still in Phalaborwa. I asked that the TV be sent back to me as this back and forth arguments' did not yield any results but only prolonged the waiting time. My family needed to watch some Television as it was school break. (My Tv was laying somewhere at some warehouse and the remote was in Phalaborwa). We agreed that I will re-send it again once the schools reopen and by the time that happened, I had a warranty issue. And Now I need to know what to do? As the tracking or train record to show the number of complains over the past 2 year or at least everyone who works with electronics at Game is aware of this issue. So now that the 24 month period has lapsed, I will not BE HELPED based on a "technicality"? Where is the honesty, integrity, customer service in that? What I must I do now?
