Faulty Samsung speaker box Game Trade Route Mall

From my last review we were contact by headoffice with regards to my sons purchase of samsung speaker. I was told that i returned the speaker in 9 days and their policy is 7 days. I counted 7 working days. They included the weekends and the holidays. My son took the item in and was told that it would take 21 days. Around the 2nd week in december samsung offices in rivonia contacted my son and informed him that the item was repaired and that new speakers were fitted in. We contacted the store prior to the christmas weekend and were transferred to different people. The last person he spoke to said that he would get someone to call , till now no one has contacted him. After my review the attitude from the store hasnt been good at all. The only thing i am requesting from Game is to give their customers the service they deserve. My son will end up paying for an item that will continously give him problems. Samsung is a well known company and their products dont give problems in a hurry unless its a factory fault. I feel that Game should have handled the query with urgency. Its more than 21 days.
