Faulty refrigerator

Hellopeter, I trust you well. I like to make a review for Game store. I bought a refrigerator online from Game store on the 28th of November 2023 and it was delivered on the 4th of December 2023. When I switched on the fridge in the afternoon of the 4th December 2023 the fridge made noisy loud sounds. On the very same day in the afternoon I called them to report the fridge and they said they will get back to me which they never did for the entire week of me trying to report the matter. Because the fridge has never stopped doing the loud shaking noise I never gave up on trying to get hold of them even now.
