Faulty Product

We purchased a Sunbeam ceiling fan model: SCF-48R from Game Greenstone in December. the unit is faulty. I have contacted Nu World spoke to Mark in Quality who advised the receiver unit may be faulty and we must now remove the receiver unit and the remote and go back to Game for them to exchange it.

Does not help phoning Game it just rings.

I would like this matter to be resolved asap.

Please be advised this issue has still not been resolved. I was phoned and told they would sort it out on 16/01/2020. they never arrived!
