Faulty pressure cooker

I bought a Tisolli pressure cooker at Game Menlyn on the 23rd of February as a wedding gift. When the recipient tried to cook with it they realised that the pressure control valve was never included in the packaging. Upon returning the goods to the store they were told there is nothing the store can do as it was beyond the 7 days return policy. I am not impressed with the service and if this is how you treat customers I will not set foot in your stores again.
