Faulty phone

<p>I bought my wife a phone for a gift a samsung Z2 like two weeks at Game Store KC,and she has been struggling ever since she got the phone,i bought two phones one for my wife and one for my son,im so dissapointed to think i bougt two of these phones,i want a other phone please.This phone is still brand new but its faulty.Why do you sell faulty phones to the public?</p>
