Faulty Leapad2
On Saturday 13-06-2015 I went to Game in Canal Walk to exchange my daughter's Leapad2 which I bought @ the same store. I first went to Parow branch and they would have gladly exchanged it but they didn't had stock of it neither the 3 which I would have paid in the difference so I rather went to the branch where I bought it. Your policy on your boards say clearly if a item are R200 or more you can exchange it. As I went to your games department to enquire if there is stock there wasn't any so I took the 3 and just pay the diffrence. I went to your \customer servise"desk and that hooligan \"" named Isabel"
