Faulty laptop

Terrible service. Would not buy anything from them!! I bought a laptop and within a month it gave me issues. Laptop just switches off when it's unplugged from power source. Took it back and an unqualified technician tells me software needs to be updated like wth and can't even use simple command prompts to check battery report etc. Laptop was taken for repairs. Repair agreement states should it take more then 21 days I'm entitled to a refund/replacement. Now they telling me about 21 working days 😒. To me "21 days" and 21 business/working days is different. Sent an email to manager, he responded ccd some other employees for a follow up and none of them got back to me .
