Faulty items purchased from game n1 city

I purchased a fridge from game on the 28/03/23 There was two faults on the fridge I reported it gave me a new one after they apparently had no stock They eventually got me another bare in mind my groceries were going off and sore (milk,cheese,cream cheese) I reported this to game and everytime it’s some sort of story up until today no one has been at my house to access the fridge they advise it takes two working days and it’s been pass that I don’t recommend you purchase through them as they told me they will be there on Monday and Tuesday knowing it’s a public holiday and the national strike was happening but no he insisted they coming out And now I’m sitting with a faulty fridge with products going off and no one is talking about reimbur*****t
