FAULTY IRON GAME STORE JABULANI MALL

I wrote to Hellopeter ask for a help since Game store taking an advantage on me being soft to them , on the 28th November i asked for a help regarding the iron i bought at Jabulani mall Game on the 27th September that in a week's time it wasn't working anymore , i took back where i got message on the 24th October to come and collect .according to them iron was fixed , two weeks again i was unable to set it to minimum nor maximum , took it back on the 18th November , 7 days later io called to follow up - till now no one either the shop or head office able to explain to me what is going on , bare in mind in a space of two months i experienced two different fault in the iron , may i kindly have my refund with immediate effect as now it's been two months and 10 days with no positive feedback , how can a house hold survive without an iron as i'm suppose to do my laundry,
