Faulty Iron

I bought iron on the 19th of April 2024 and it stopped working on the 22nd of June 2024. On the 29th of June I took it back to Game Soshanguve Crossing (the service was really bad because I had to stood there for close to 45 minutes to be assisted), they told me that they have book it for assessment even today (14th July 2024) I am still waiting for feedback. What do they think I am ironing my children's school uniform with? I am not impressed with their service.
