Faulty HP Printer

I am really disappointed at game store in benoni lakeside mall not sure if its them or how all games oparate, i think you should remove the warranty on all your product if it will cause a arm and a leg for me to claim,its just misleading

I am having a faulty hp printer took it in at game lakeside with my slip that was not clearly visible but the lady made a copy and gave me back my original invoice, 4days down the line i am being told its not visible but was clearly accepted initially had to drive back again unfortunately i was from work and didnt understand what was request of me

Now i was told that i need the original invoice went home look for it unfortunately i couldn't find it this time around and called and explain my issue, but i was told to bring my game card and statement, then i drove back for the thirty time now, retrive the statement in question and customer service told me to go to rcs guys to print out for me upon my arrival i was told they cant help me cause i had no data on my phone can you believe that, went back to customer service and explained what was happening now i was told i can't be assisted cause i lost the original invoice, which this just puzzled me. How disgusting is this the whole game shop can't retrieve my invoice purchased which game store card in the very same shop?

I think you guys are deliberately doing this just to cause frustration to your customer this is really disgusting had to take faulty printer with no help thank you for nothing
