Faulty houseware...again

Twice in 3 months we purchased faculty houseware. The 1st time a dishwasher that never worked. We were told to log a call!!!!! On brand new machine. At the end I had to drive it back to the store and demanded my money back. I got my money back drove to another supplier and purchased the same machine and it worked 1st time. Now we purchased a gas stove and some of the elements don't work...and again we were told to log a call to have it fixed. This is bul****. If you purchased new and paid cash I expect GAME to collect the faulty one and deliver a new replacement. I will tell everyone I meet not to buy from game. They sell faulty stock. And if you don't bring it back yourself you have to pay them to have it collected. I think because they know they are supplying sub standard houseware for more than it's worth.! Had enough of this. Will.never buy anything from them again.
