Faulty heater no reply on Game phone line

Bought a Sunbeam oil heater for R1000 - two wheels came apart within a day of buying it. Then just as the guarantee expired the switch for more heat has become stuck in so you cannot control the heat. Now the heater simply switches itself off after a while. Tried to ring Game twice - no answer
