Faulty generator

Kindly assist me in resolving the above complaints with Game Traderoute Mall. I bought a generator on the 29/06/2022 and of which had few dents and I was assured by the manager Mr Moosa that it is in perfect condition. Mr Moosa, further proposed a discount of R300 due to the condition of the generator. After two months I realised the silencer needed attention. I went to Game and spoke to Mr Moosa and he advised me that their supplier ( Ryoby) will take over 21 days to attend to the generator but I can use it in the meantime due to this load shedding. When the problem started to persist, I returned the generator which I bought for R5 300.00 but I was surprised by the quotation of a R 3 400 received from their supplier (Ryoby)

This people have quoted a number of things that makes me wonder if same generator was sold to me in the perfect condition. I think my rights were violated by Game store as I was not treated fairly and in good faith. Kindly investigate and advise me further as I have attempted engaging with them but my efforts proves to be fruitless.
