Faulty fridge bought online

I bought a fridge online in August 2021 from Game stores. In Jan the fridge stopped working and I sent them emails, calls and WhatsApp messages and they eventually responded and sent a technician to fix the fridge. Now in March the fridge is doing the same thing not working not getting cold I have sent several emails and calls and WhatsApp message and no one is responding.

The customer service at Game is appalling. Please may someone call me as this is now an urgent matter.
